i take my cover off today and i was checking everything over and i notice my rear wheel is super hard to rotate by hand was not like this last week when i put 1500 spring and new clutch in. Could this part cause this or could this be my gears, funny thing is i can turn clutch bell real easy and the tire spins no problem. the second problem is the screw on my starter clutch keep coming lose can i put some glue on this screw. my variator back plate also keeps getting stuck on the crank, i took back plate and ran back and forth until it got smooth last time but it is doing it again

You can start by trying to adjust the rear brake and see if the back wheel frees up.
A little loctite should fix that screw. If you are talking about one of the screws thats in the starter clutch itself, you could use red cause you shouldn't need to remove that. If it's one of the screws that holds the gears to the case, just use blue.

drain your trans oil and see how much comes out and run a magnet thru it and see what comes up could be a gear or a bearing going out
it could also be low on oil or over full on oil

alright drained the oil and nothing in that, so i took it apart and all the gears look fine and spin fine same with bearings so i put it back together same problem they dont want to spin input shaft and output shaft, i cant see no damage and dont understand the brake is totally unhooked

In your first pic, see the washer, or spacer on the gear closest to your thumb? Try removing it... Ive found that some longcase mina,s need this spacer and some dont. Yours may have come with it and not need it? Have a gasket in there?

I've had this same issue and it was what 2strokd said, the spacer. Without a gasket, using Threebond to seal my gearbox, I had to eliminate the spacer or it would bind when fully tightened. With the gasket I use the spacer.

Its a very thin one.. Similar to a variator spacer or shim but bigger Im betting that is your problem if you didnt find any worn bearings or bad gears. Keep in mind as well, with the gear ratio sometimes spinning the rear wheel itself can "feel" like its dragging. But if you spin the drive shaft it is very easy to turn the wheel... Slowly lol.
