I Looked at that photo of the overpass and I don't believe the scooterist hit the concrete to avoid a car- UNLESS there was a car way over the white line swerving across lanes or something. The concrete supports look to be almost four feet away from the edge of the road! It's possible a deer jumped out and startled him and he swerved right, or he may even have fallen asleep and drifted over. its hard to tell in the photo but this is deep in a metro. area and there are no deer anywhere even close to here.....and they dont get hit much unless its the rut anyway, which is in fall. |
