I have owned my scooter for about a year now and its been quite an adventure learning and breaking things Late last summer i started having petcock issues when using my 70cc kit - under a long load (10+ miles at near wot) it would seal and cause a soft seize - so i took off the kit and went back to 50cc. in the fall then with the 50cc engine i started having to suck on the vacuum line just to get the petcock open so i could start my scooter. First thing i did this summer was replace the petcock and reinstall my 70cc kit (now with a new piston... after it melted the last one...) - it had been running working great for a few weeks then yesterday when i was leaving for a gig i made it down the block and it shut down as soon as i tried to WOT .... then it did it again today when on a cross town trip.. maybe 20 miles. Anyways screw these petcocks im going free flow from now on. im sure this piston is all messed up again, but ill live with it for now. Anyone else have this problem?!

manifold vacuum is low at WOT so some of the stock petcocks will tend to want to close.

2t - to be perfectly honest i think im only around 45 mph. it needs some transmission work still, but right now it pretty much flies from 0-40
I have the following installed: Autotech355 70cc kit Leo Vince ZXR pipe stock 19mm carb (atleast im pretty sure it is) Hoca Variator Koso Drive face 5g Hoca Rollers.
Im going to install my 2k clutch springs and 4g rollers tomorrow see how it responds to that. currently it has the yellow clutch springs and a 1.2k contra spring

DePere - Dude that place is AWESOME... took a while to find it, but it takes me a while to find anything in that store. i dont think i ever leave there without buying something extra.
took about 15 mins to install the free flow line and it worked great... hopefully i wont be having these problems anymore
