Left Rear Blinker

Hi, I have a problem with the left rear blinker. Bulb is good but it will not come on or blink. Front left comes on but does not blink. When I turn on the left side I hear a "squealing" sound coming from the back near the engine under about under the seat area. Any ideas?? Oh by the way Right side works fine all normal there.

sounds like a short, the easiest way to find out would be follow your blinker wire back until you find the problem, most likely it could be bare and touching the frame or another wire..
