I made this one for my uncles Cobra, turned out well. On this one i used a bottle with the material a flexible as possible and a flexible bigger hose to see if that helped. Im not sure if it did but the boost bottle does work  . Here are some pics.   This is the inside of the intake. I trimmed about 1/4inch off the end so it wouldnt be an eddy in the intake.  |

No wheelies for uncle, he tried once but his scoot is a lead sled without allot of torque so it wont do wheelies to well. I did one on it once, bout pulled a muscle getting her up lol. One thing that Kymco has on us for a 49cc its got tons of top end. He has hit 60 a few times sitting up. It does have an up gear though, it have lethal top end with a high reving 70cc kit.
Yeah i took motomechs advice and gave the flexible stuff a try, it just makes sense ya know?
Update: Uncle came over and said the bottle blew off his hose so he matched up another one to 49cc,s and all is well. His works so good it will die if you pinch the hose off. Thats gotta say something for gas mileage. If you can turn your idle down the motor isnt drawing as much fuel at idle and we do idle at stops allot. I have noticed an increase in mileage myself with mine, what about you Brent any better?

I haven't checked my mileage. I know it's still roughly the same. I'll try and remember to do the math next time I'm at a pump.

Skeedr has been running so well since i got the jetting correct that i can cruise around all day without going WOT if i want. Im kinda taking it easy on this tank so i can see if the mileage is much different. So far it is better than it was with the 49cc jug on it, but it sure is hard to resist the urge to just twist a little more. I did blow by a guy on a scoot yesterday. He had about a block lead on me so i gunned it to catch up(im awful arent i?), when caught up i knew i had 15or 20mph on him so i let off and coasted by him reving Skeedr as i coasted by with my phone# on my back fender right under were it says scooter repair lol.
