So after I put my newly painted front piece on I was screwing it back on and noticed this crack not sure how it got there as i am almost 100% sure it wasn't there when I left work last night. Not sure how to fix it either, buy a new panel i guess..lol I also found this piece of something sticking out of the bottom of the crack

Might be able to remove it and use a healthy dose of Plastic Welder (made by Devcon, sold in parts stores like AutoZone or hardware stores) on the back of it. Could probably use a little on the front to fill and sand. A fiberglass job would be nice, but I'm not gonna give you advice there cause I suck at it.

I have used fiberglass to repair cracks like this before, would be very strong. Then just fill and sand the front. Downside is fiberglass is a pain to work and very messy.
