I finally got my speedometer cable and put it all on today but now it is saying my scooter can now hit 70 with no problem...lmao so not true..lol
I have a 36.5 speedo cable with a type 2 hub, that's all i know..lol... how do i adjust it to work right?

you get a bike speedo or a brand new digital unit that you can calibrate

MPH...When it worked before the cable broke it would read around 35 mph and now i can max it out..lol...last night i got it up to 75...lmao
i noticed today when i was at an even speed the speedometer was still climbing..

well sounds like maybe something bound up and thats what caused the cable to break and now the head unit is fubared
does your odo read in kilos or miles
travel a known mile and it it chages more the 1 mile or 1.6 kilos your whole head unit is proably messed up

im gonna go with the head unit is f'd but that might be a good thing cuz ive seen some pretty cool HUD's online that i might want to get plus it would give the the opportunity to make custom parts..lol
im prolly just gonna end up rebuilding this entire scooter...lol

yea i feel pretty stupid after reading all this and leaving work i double checked my gauge and sure enough in big print is km/h and little print is mph yea it its all good..lol...i did notice that since i modded the exhaust i have gotten 3-5mph outta it now i can hit 45-50(most likely 35-40)

I see. I tried to watch it once but I lost interest after about 6-8 minutes. I like sci-fi, war films, westerns, mobster movies and heist movies. You know... car chases, a high body count and stuff getting blown up.

yeah these speedos suck the faster you go the more they are inaccurate at 30 i'm going 25 at 35 i'm going 30 at 40 35 but at 50 i'm going 40 WTF? wish there was someway to recal these or just change them to mph gotta love Chinese quality
