well asfar as compression goes ,crap,i hope i dont have a problem ,the scoot is bran new,only has 4 miles if that cuz the speedo is so far off,,so 95 might be the jet i need ,just before you said 82,i dident think that sounded rite,so the higher the jet the richer the mix rite??.Wish i had the rite size compression tester id test it just to make sure
i wouldnt dout them being low ritefrom the factory but im hoping its unlikely.The scoot runs awsome besides the bogging at wot,she starts rite up,idels perfect,and the throttle responce up to 3/4 is as good as it gets.

I figure if it still runs lean with the 88 i could always just put the stock air box on.That cdi and coil and plug i bought isint going to make it run any leaner cuz its hotter is it??

yes the higher the number the more fuel goes through it. its measured in mm so an 88 is .88mm. a 95 is .95mm and so on.
No that ignition wont make it run leaner.
Jetting is tricky. i run a 95 main with a uni filter on my 83cc....but this taotao i just did the ring job on wants a 95 too...and that surprises me. It was so lean it wouldnt do more than 5mph with the 85 it would do maybe 15mph with the 90 and runs 45+ with the 95...and a 98 was too much and it went down to about 40mph.

I always go up until i make it too rich then go back down to the last one that ran good. rejetting is a PITA but its gotta be done. what jet works best in one might not work in another even if its an identical build.

I think my 83cc which has 190+ psi compression needs less fuel to run properly...but the 63cc has a little less...175psi...and maybe thats why it wants more gas i dunno.

Lean motors run hot so its better to be a little rich than lean that much i do know

what about the low speed jet,should i order a 35 just to have on hand,or was yours just fine with the 33?
