Have an electrical issue on a new Puma Cycle that I've not experienced before. Start it up and after running for about 20 seconds all the lights start to flicker and when I pull either brake handle the all the lights dim. I have replaced the stator, regulator, cdi, coil, battery, fuse, all the bulbs and still does it. Has anyone had this happen and how did you resolve the issue? Thanks

Check all grounds to the engine, frame, and battery.
