Hi guys, sad to say my airbox was stolden off my scoot at work.. Does anybody know a brick and morter shop in the Lafayette Indlana area that has one.?
Guess people are getting desprate...

Thats a damn shame, some people have no respect for others property
At least it was only the airbox and not the whole scoot, as that would have been a devastating loss

I em thankful they didn't take the whole scoot, they even put my bolts that hold it back in place..

Could a makeshift pod filter and a hose clamp work in the mean time? Maybe with an outerwears filter cover, too? Something like this:  with one of these pre-filters over it (to keep dust and such out):  |

Dang it!!! What a low rent SOB! I wish i could help ya man. All i have are 2T boxes.

No good sorry  . I had one but sold it with a parts scooter. Called shakerdriver and he dosnt have one. |

someone had their pipe stolen right off their scoot awhile back too as IIRC

What is wrong with these people? About 20 years ago i had the fuel pump stolen off my car. They smashed in the door lock to get into the car for the hood catch. Then cut all the fuel lines to steal a £12 part! THe fuel lines were more than that and they did £150 damage to the door, Go figure.

As much as it sucks, I'd rather see you replacing an airbox than the scoot and that stroker. Really odd to me that they reinstalled the bolts that hold it. Hope you find a replacement soon.

It should be easy to find. The first scoot you see in your area is likely using it. I mark my parts with an engraver in a very inconspicuous place so they won't find it and try to remove the mark, but if it is scratched off in that place I still know it is mine.

IApppreciate the effort really, I can buy one online, but was hoping to get one sooner.. Ill put somthing togather temp, untill the new airbox arrives..

Yep I had my pipe stolen off my scooter. Was pretty crazy. Just thankful they didnt take the scooter. Thats Indiana for ya haha.
