Be sure to jet properly!! too rich and you will need rings then too since too much gas will wash the oil off the cylinder walls. no need to change the jet each time though. The ebay carbs I have posted have a 5 position needle and you first adjust that way then change the main jet if that doesnt do the trick. got my Real carb today and it's running good so far going to take it for a long run later. would i need to do any adjustments to it FastQMB? is it good out of the box for a stock motor?

check your plug for color you might have to lower the needle a notch.

well its been 2 weeks 500 miles. I just purchased a new carb with performance filter with a 88 jet and a new and a new plug from scrappydog. Cant wait to test it out i hope it runs good. this is the link to the carb. Any suggestions? www.scrappydogscooters.com/139QMB_50cc_Performance.html

some 5.5g dr pulley sliders will give a little gain too. other than that..if you want to go faster...its time for a bigger bore.

I suggest getting your tools in order first. may have made the mistake of getting into a big bore installation and dont even have a feeler gauge.
