yes i am...im afraid i might flood it....check the new spark plug its still clean...

sounds like you did. leave the plug out awhile then try again later and only give it a little gas when spinning it over. when these are tuned right it takes little to no twisting of the throttle to start it.

Well I got if put together now trying to fine tune it. Here's a pic of the plug. What do you think?

How long has the plug been in there? If very long, it's probably lean.

I WAS WONDERING IF THIS IS NORMAL ITS BEEN DOING IT SINCE DAY ONE BUT WHEN I HIT THE BRAKES HARD TO COME O A STOP THE FRAME SHAKES IS THIS NORMAL FOR A TAOTAO? IM AFRAID IT MAY BREAK IN HALF ONE DAY.

Mine did too, almost felt like the head bearings were shot. They werent. Wound up selling it before I could track down the problem.

Mine split a piston at 1900 Kilometers. It didn't appear lean however. Elevation plays a role in it though.
