Im currently working on a TGB Key West with a Morini engine. It came to me with a rear flat. I started to examine the tire when i noticed a nasty wobble in the wheel. At first i thought it had come loose but its not. Added another washer and its still bad. I think the splines are worn in the wheel but they look good on both the shaft and the wheel :stumped: . Anyone ever have this problem?

Axle seem secure (axle bearing OK)? I'm sure you woulda noticed when messing with it, but that's the only idea I had that wasn't mentioned.

Great points Brent. I forgot to mention they are ok.
You would think tightening the wheel with an extra washer in there would make it feel secure to the touch but it still will move just a tad and you can see it moving on the output shaft. The bearings feel great. If i knew i could get the wheel back off ide mix up some putty and put it on the outshaft and press the wheel on over it.
