Question for you guys, I have a tao tao atm and I want to change the rear wheel to a bigger size like a 12 inch. Can that be done on a short case?

Yes if you put a tire on it that is such a low profile...one good pothole and that wheel is wasted. Been there done that.

i have something that relates to this, i was wondering if CVT's are universal from 2T to 4T? how awesome would it be to put a 16 inch wheel (like on my benelli) onto a 4T that came stock with 10 inch haha...16 in the back 10 in the front....rat rod style!

no and even some 2 strokes the wheels are not interchangeable
you have several factors
the spline shaft sizes and number of splines
the drum size or the bolt patern of the disc hub
and also the offset of the rim can play into the situation

i figured something like that, wasn't even gonna bother experimenting with it anyway as theres a lady comming to pick up the benelli tomorrow anyhow
