I recently put on a 72cc BBK, I see alot of people use their stock head with this kit. What are the pros and cons to this. I would believe it would give more compression, but how would this benifit me? ?

pro: more compression makes more power. con: hard starts, more heat, possible valve train issues if not built correctly
use a match bore head not the stocker.

Another con of high compression is the need for higher octane fuel. Doesn't bother me cause I run any modded scoot on premium, but too much compression and even premium won't do it. Seems like just how well or if a stock head works on a 70cc varies from either differences in the BBK or differences in the original parts.
