so yeah I'm new to all this scoot stuff but i always check eBay for good bargains. Right after i bought my new scoot i was checking out some posts on line about the crappy carbs on these scoots so i went on line to checkout some new carbs. and i found a Kei Hin carb on eBay. looked to be a good price. or so i thought. i got the carb a few days later shipping was prompt. after i installed the carb i noticed the bike was running rough make a long story short i found out it was a fake. So did a PayPal dispute and the seller offered to refund less shipping cost to him. well who knows how much he'd say that would be as it was listed free shipping. so I'm still waiting on that outcome. so my advice would b to avoid scooter-parts1 on eBay what you think your buying becomes a cheap inferior knockoff.
