Btw I plan on not using the fairings at all only the lower headlight fairing. What I will be doing is build fairings with 28 gauge sheet metal. I'm very handy with sheetmetal and have every tool I need including a plasma cutter big grin:) I love this frame its has great potential.

See if you have 12V at the positive post of the starter when you hit the button. If you do then it might be a bad starter. If you don't, back to checking wires. If you're used to scoots this will sound elementary, but just in case, you do need to hold the brakes to electric start most scooters. There's a diagram of the starting system in that link I posted earlier that shows how it's all tied together. If they ign switch isn't hooked up yet or bypassed, I wouldn't worry about it.

Lol dang that is elementary jeez. Its funny when the Scooter is bare and you have alot of ideas running through your head u forget alot lol.
I ordered everything I need. Ill have to buy a new cvt cover I think I'm going to get this one since the one I have is crap. Btw anyone know where to buy the two rubber prices that goes on both the sides of the Carb? I don't need the metal Peice for the intake manifold just the rubber Peice there and on the filter box. I'm assuming u can just replace the rubber Peice instead of the whole unit. I also need a 27mm flywheel puller .. I've already got the puller for gy6 why can't one tool do them all? Grr anyways if u know where to order the puller and Carb hoses u clamp on to it I'd appreciate it I've looked..

I got one of those Cross type pullers a while back It removes 50cc and 150cc GY6 as well as a 2 stroke mina flywheel.

I haven't seen just the rubber tube that connects the air box to the carb. You have to just buy the whole air box (scrappy sells 'em) or you can try repairing the boot with some kind of industrial compound. I've use this stuff called Amazing Goop to seal air boxes with good results. It's in Home Depot's paint dept. It also is good for many other uses like broken body plastics. It takes a day to dry and 2-3 days to fully cure but once it does cure it's strong.

I got the scoot to run today after I started it. It was literally running in full throttle there's no throttle attached? What's the idle sequence on these puppies?
