Ok i recently got my Tao tao atm50a1 working again took it to a mechanic had them get it running. Anyways i have been riding it around at full throttle and i feel like sometimes it tries to bog down it never fully does but i feel that im loosing power after holding down the throttle all the way for a while.. Now eventualyl it fixes itself and acts like nothing happend. I have noticed the exhaust smells more like gas then it used to could that be the issue? How would i go about fixing this?

Honesty if it were me i'd replace that factory sealed carburetor if you haven't already they're crap they run the engine to lean on fuel and eventually cause engine damage. after i replaced mine it's solved alot of my run ability issues otherwise may be a vacuum or fuel line leak. So check your lines.
