Anybody ever remove one of these pins that hold the brake shoes from a 150cc engine? I tried Vice grips but it won't budge. I'm thinking that it's not threaded at all but friction pressed in but I'm not sure.   |

I just tried i cant get it to budge either...and based on that photo its like you said...pressed in.

see to me with that ring near the threads i would say it is threaded but it has a brass lock ring on it. so basically idk how the heck you would remove it.  |

Yeah I gave up trying to remove it after hammering on it with a wrench slipped under the top part. It's not worth ruining a good engine case for a $4 part.
