When I hear that the plug was JB Welded in I expect some JB on the threads. He coulda been halfway to a new head with the money he spent on all that JB.

LMAO...so I got the carb cleaned out and put on my taotao. I think there still needs to be some minor adjusting, but I did notice on my way to work that the throttle response is way better now. With the POS carb it took a second to take off, now it seems like is all I have to do is thing about going and it does..lol...love it
I also noticed a huge gouge in the piston, most likely from the J.B Weld lol...So as it stands now it will cost me $75.00 to get it running..not too bad, I hope..lol

Hah hah! That's one way to keep the plug from popping out! That's a lot less work than a heli coil or a head replacement. On the down side that would make for a really hot spot around the spark plug hole.

he didnt tell me tha the j.b welded it until we dropped it off in my drive way lol. He was talkign about all the things wrong with it and I was like that's ok i'll just rethread the sparkplug and he was like "yea.......well here is the sparkplug now..." and then I was like oh....is that j.b weld?....his response "yea, i wasn't sure what i was doing." I was like oh well for what you paid in j.b weld i could almost buy a new head..lol
he said "i put new gasket on and welded the plug in so it would stay but you can still hear it leaking." I said "it actually ran liek that?" he said " yea" i looked and thats when i found that huge gouge in the piston....it didnt run like that for long i bet...lol
