Hey everyone! I just wanted to get your guys' opinions on something.... What would you recommend in terms of an aftermarket Tachometer for my Genuine Roughhouse? Digital or analogue, whatever you've used and what your opinions are on those products... Hopefully I'm not the only one curious about this and we can all share some great information! Thanks everyone for your input! Have a great weekend!

i am using koso multi guage speedo fuel guage and tach. It works great and the install is pretty straight forward. The only issue I've encountered is that since I changed out my coil and cdi to aftermarket supposed performance ones it can be erratic at times. This is from the electronics imo not the unit.

I've got the koso analog tach with digital temp gauge on my drag scooter. Tach goes up to 16000 rpms and I like it very much.

If you just want a tach these are inexpensive and the one I have has worked good for about a half year. The TTO line is not illuminated though if that's important to you. trailtech.net/tto_tach-hour.htmlThe same cannot be said for their TTO cylinder head temperature gage as I and many more have found them problematic. www.trailtech.net/tto_temperature.html

Cool! Thanks everybody! I had never seen the Trail Tech before and it's definitely priced to sell... I was just looking at the Works Connection meter that looks the same, and is the same price, but seemed to be more responsive in the video. That's one thing I like about the analog vs. digital display is the accuracy factor. Obviously the readout is a little nicer with the digital meters, but I now I can't make up my mind which one I'd prefer...

The trail tech digital tach also has a hour meter and shows Max rpms when you shutoff the motor.

Trail tech is the way to go bang for buck. Something about that old school analog Tach wrapping the needle around 11,000+ is pretty cool though
