Hi there everybody, found this site looking up reviews on a 50cc peace sports scooter i just purchased used yesterday looking around it seems like everyone here is very knowledgeable regarding these little gas saving machines so i was hoping that I could get a little help regarding how to start my rebuild/ restore, alittle history, found this little scooter for a little under 100$ as far as I can tell every thing is there, except the kick start lever, battery is new, everything seems to be in working order that is except it wont start, the history that the old owner gave me was that she left the key in the ignition on the on position and the battery went dead and would not charge so she replaced it since then it wouldn't start, to me seems like a relay, coil, starter motor issue, battery has a full charge but no power to lights horn, or anything else for that matter, no click just silence when attempting to start it, any ideas on where i should start in figuring out the issue, all the wires are in good shape but nothing is getting juice, my initial plan is to restore to stock running condition and then modify to suite my needs, any help???

:welcome: Glad to have you here!Have you checked the fuse? That supplies juice to most everything..Electrical issues are very common with the cheaper scoots, but with work they can be made to run many miles..A wiring schematic will help you find the flow of 'electrons',then answers can be found!
