I am planning my next scamping trip. ( best layed plans of mice and men ) Las Vegas to Boise to Seattle and Back. Hope to start this, the last week of July. Apprx. two weeks of traveling. My scoot is a stock GY6 49cc China import. Carrying rider 260# supplies apprx 150#. Questions? 1) Routes to do or not to do. 2) Making the bench seat more comfortable. 3) Longest streach without fuel. 4) Good stops. 5) Anyone that might want to meetup on the way. Thanks for all your help.

That's gonna be a helluva trip. To make the seat more comfy, add more padding and recover. Never done it, but I've seen others say you should be able to stretch the seat cover to work unless you really add a lot of padding.

well if i was heading that way i would stop at arco idaho and craters of the moon national park look for some cool routes along the snake river and the columbia river there is lots of cool places to see and dont forget to swing by mt st helens if you head thru saltlake city swing by the mormon temple too depending upon how you plan your route you will proably have scretchs of 200 to 300 miles with out gas but the passes are going to be hell on the scoot they take there toll on plenty of cars
