What size idle jet ? I have a TK 19mm carb and I think I will go with Jetsrus since they have jets to fit the TK carb . I can find jet kits for GY6 and 139qmb but not the Minarelli . Any one know where a jet kit is for them ? A jet kit is better than buying singles as you get a lil better price and have several handy to test out . I had 6 gram rollers tried 4 gram too light and mixed them up to equal 5 grams but I want to try 7 gram sliders as it is geared low and I zoom up hill but would like the RPMs to be at 7,000 at 50 MPH instead of 8,000 . Thanks to 90GTVert for the 2T Pipe Database as I think I might get a Leo Vince or Technigas for a 7xcc and rated for 11,000 rpms or 10,500 and glad to confirm some stock pipes are only rated for 8,500 RPMs . Yes I know there is much better BBKs out there but this was cheap and a larger displacement should have more power regardless but not the screaming RPMs like a ported racing one . From what I read if you stay under 10,000 rpms the crank may be ok but its best to get a forged crank and rod if you build a screamer to be able to handle the much higher rpms . I saw a crank that could go up to 18,000 rpms , yes 18,000 wow ! Would like any links to a FORGED and ceramic coated piston kit for a 7x 2T . What I do not understand is with so many 8xcc verticals why not an 80 cc horizontal ? I know Wiseco www.wiseco.com has very high quality pistons that are machined from billet instead of cast but cost around 130 . I used one in a Honda CR 125 I raced a few times but mostly rode in the woods since I had 300 acres with trails already blazed near my house . Would like to know what others who have a 72 BBK rpms are at top speed , what the speed is , roller or sliders and weight , stock or HP variator , airbox or Uni , jetting , and exhaust mods . They more info we share to the more we can learn from each other and help others . I know altitude and climates will have various results and tuning according so . 90GTVert how is the 49cc that was bored to fit a 90cc piston and crank holding up ? I know it cost alot and may be the only option with the 90cc crate engines gone , but is there enough meat on the case to not crack from heat ? Does the crate 90 cc use a larger variator and clutch ? Is there enough clearance to use 90 CVT parts in the 49cc case ? I know too large of a variator will interfere with with the start bendix

Don't know of a jet kit. N224.103 should work for the pilot.
Both the 49cc case done by a machine shop and the 49cc case done by me have held up well as 103cc engines. One's sitting on the bench ATM (not because of a problem though), but the other is in T2 getting regular use. As long as it's done properly, you should be able to get up to a 45mm crank in there and still have enough case material left to be safe.
The 90ccs use the same variator stuff stock as a large spline 50cc. They aren't physically larger, just meant to fit onto larger splines on the crank. The clutches should be the same. Over range variators are what interfere with the starter, because they are thicker.

I got it today and its the one here www.modcycles.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=MC&Product_Code=MGMP0108_75CC_10mmpin&Category_Code=Oil and has an iron block with piston already in it . In the ad it says it comes with jets but mine did not . I have seen other kits that had the idle and main jet included . I would like to know what size jets those here with a 2T 72 BBK run with stock exhaust and airbox . I am curious to see if there is a limiter in the pipe that I can drill out . I know a sport pipe in what I need as its not a race engine so no need for a racing pipe . I just do not like those that have the muffler curved forwards and would prefer it to be straight like some Technigas pipes . My next step is a HP variator and clutch before putting on the BBK if I can resist temptation as it runs so darn good I hate to take it apart . I had some bad gas in it and it would not start where it has always started instantly . I bought a syphon pump from Harbor Freight to drain the tank and it was only 6 dollars . I also drained the bowl as well . It started up after 2 seconds woohoo . I rode it to teh next county and filled up with gas 3 times today . I ran out of gas at a station and it only held 2.50 worth of premium . Drove back to the county I live in and went to a nearby city and downtown and back and was half tank . Sweet that much riding for 1.25 in gas . I know its not a Stage 6 etc but with the larger displacement it should still have more power than the 49cc . The 49cc I can hit 55 mph at times but mostly tops at 50 mph and even 40 up a steep hill with a running start of course . I really love the 130/60/13 tires as I hated having 3.5x10s on my other 50 I had

i bought the whole kit that has your cylinder in it. The kit comes with a 45 pilot and a 95 mj if you use an open filter which the kit comes with. It also comes with a pipe. I just ordered a different pipe to try so mine will be up for sale shortly in case you are interested.

Did you put it together ? How does it run and price ?
My dealer had the same kit and his has two idle and 1 main jet but mine did not . His had a 75 MJ but I already am using a 75 with my 19mm TK carb . I am planning on getting a Leo Vince HM 70 . Dr Pulley variator and clutch along with a jet kit

The first BKK you listed is the same as the second...both come with a needle bearing..while others don't...which is kewl. The second one you listed is Modcycles..I have a wholesale account with them....90% or so of their stuff is super cheap wholesale....but some stuff like the BBK is the same price you can get at most places. The $89 tuned pipe they sell is cheap in price....but works as well as the Leo Vince pipe I put on another guys scoot...using the same BBK. Just make sure you upjet...as the BBK/Tuned pipe combo will make it run super lean and seize...or soft seize...we ended up using a #87.5 jet because the plug chop was showing a white plug...and it was bogging...trying to soft seize. But jetting depends on your elevation and environment. Here in Michigan...80 is considered a hot day..with moderate humidity. My buddies shop in Virginia....he uses the same kit....and tuned pipe. but has to use a #90-#95 jet as they are at sea level in Virginia Beach....high temps can be 98 degrees...with 85-98% humidity.(I was stationed there while in the military and the humidity can be brutal..wow..) Anyway...when you Jet...start high and go down....if you start low and go up....you risk seizing the engine due to a lean condition. Also with the BBK...MAKE SURE.....your oil pump is functioning well as the bigger bore needs more oil...they are adjustable...so adjust as needed.

So I would have to become a dealer to buy it ? Do you have a reseller web site ? What that compared to a Leo Vince HM70 pipe ? I want to test a 70 pipe and DR Pulley variator before putting on the BBK and rejetting
