I have a 2011 Taotao ATM 50 with the "Sunny Style 2" body. I was wondering if its possible to switch that body out with say a type 1 body or just the front end. I just dont like the front end and the way it looks. I was wanting to swap out the front with something else.

you will need the front nose, lid and turn signals but yes it should bolt right up.

while we're on the subject, can we switch out bodies to a completely different (better) body?

well i was thinking that i could probably use alot of brackets, and cover the stock bolt holes, and make my own where the frame bolt holes are?

It would be alot easier if you had a scoot with the body style you wanted next to yours. So you could see wich mounting tabs you needed to add. But it is definately possible, im in the middle of trying to make body panels from two compleatly different scoots work on my sunny frame.

www.scrappydogscooters.com/CHASSIS_PARTS.html has body panels . I think it should be able to be done providing you switch em all out as they are the same underneath . I like the Handsome Boy design myself like my Magnum has as parts are dirt cheap and looks good
