Hello everyone I am new to scooter owning and I recently just purchases a Vento Triton R4. As the title maybe miss leading I don't have any issues with actually getting the scooter started. It's only about the first 20 min of being started are the issue. At first I start it up and the bike seems to idle just fine (had to turn up the idle slightly). But the issue only starts when I sit down on the thing and I try to ride it. I will get some response from it for about 1/4 throttle then as I continue past I just completely bogs down and will not accelerate. This does not turn off the scooter tho. Probably 75% of the time it will continue to run. I have noticed that if I let the scooter sit or warm up a great deal it begins to show sign of promise. If I can get it up to about 35-40 MPH for about 10 secs it seems to have warmed up enough to continue to run quite well. I have heard there are choke issues with these vehicles so im wondering if this may be the issue. Also on start-up there is a fair amount of smoke that comes out the tail pipe. It is not blue from what I can tell mostly a grey/white but it is a small tail pipe and if you really pressed me I may say there is a slight amount of blue coloring to it.
Please any help is much appreciated! Here are some pictures.

:welcome2: Some scoots do have automatic enricher issues. If it doesn't work at all it will cause more fuel all the time, so it will act better when it's cold. If it sticks or something so it blocks the extra fuel it will be hard to start and run poor till warm, once warm it should run fine if it were only an enricher issue. You can pull the enricher from the carb when the scoot is completely cool and as long as the enricher isn't stuck out when cold I'd say look elsewhere. HERE is a look at the enricher operating. I don't expect this to be your problem. I'd start out by adjusting the idle mixture screw. Turn it 1/4 turn at a time till you get the highest idle, then turn it 1/8 turn toward rich (in/clockwise) to err on the side of rich. Once that's done, adjust idle speed again to an appropriate RPM. If you've modified anything, especially with the airbox, it could need to be upjetted. May need that anyway, some come jetted on the lean side stock.
