I just bought my scooter yesterday and it's having some problems today , it don't idle anymore , the front brake thing is lose (not sure if it's supposed to be like that) , and it used to go somewhere around 33-35mph(goes 30 now).I'm uploading a video of it at the moment so hold on.

That brake is missing a bolt it looks like. Take out the top bolt (12mm socket) and take it to a hardware store and get another one just like it. Same length. Same thread. Then you may need to spread the brake pads apart with a screwdriver so that brake will slip over the disc. and install both bolts TIGHT. It's very dangerous riding with the brake like that. If you can't find a bolt the same exact length let me know cause I'm sure I have one. The idle needs to be adjusted is all. If you remove the four bolts under the seat the entire seat and seat tub will lift out and then you can get at everything. Then follow this guide: www.scooterforumonline.com/index.php/topic,1603.msg7405.html#msg7405

When was the last time the valves were adjusted, when your scooter won't idle that's a sign the valves may need adjustment..
