I just bought my scooter yesterday and it's having some problems today , it don't idle anymore , the front brake thing is lose (not sure if it's supposed to be like that) , and it used to go somewhere around 33-35mph(goes 30 now).I'm uploading a video of it at the moment so hold on.

Don't ride it anymore till that front brake is fixed. I can't see it too well in the video, but you're missing a caliper bolt. If you look at the fork/shock you can see there is a bracket below where the one bolt holding the caliper is. There should be a bolt there. Take the top bolt to a hardware store and match it up. You could prob go to a scooter shop if you're in OC, MD, but I imagine just getting it from a hardware store will end up cheaper. Probably gonna be an M8 x 1.25, not sure on length, but just take it to be sure.
