Replacement CVT Cover Bolts

This information was regarding Minarelli/Jog style two-strokes, the 139QMB uses the same size and thread diameter. I'm not sure if they are exactly the same lengths and quantities though.

I went ahead and replaced the bolts with allen wrench headed bolts that seemed stronger. I like the look a lot better as well. Looks more professional.



Replacement bolt information for CVT cover
Small bolts (x8) - M6 x 25mm with a 1.00 pitch
Large bolts (x2) - M6 x 35mm with a 1.00 pitch

I needed a new set of CVT cover bolts for a Minarelli, so I thought I'd post what I used. The lengths I chose are slightly different than Josh's post above.

1 x M6 x 1.0 thread pitch x 60mm
2 x M6 x 1.0 thread pitch x 30mm
8 x M6 x 1.0 thread pitch x 20mm





Chrome bolts set me back around $10. Standard bolts would be significantly less.
