Moped was in the rain for about a day was working perfectly fine right before now wont start up. Changed spark plug and tested it, and it does have spark but the moped wont start up i need help please

Does it have fuel getting to the carb and into the engine and does it have compression? Usually if rain causes a problem it's with the electrical, so it wouldn't have spark. Other thoughts would be could you have got a lot of rain into the fuel supply or air filter? how do i check if it has fuel getting into the carb?? and yes it has spark i checked it and got a new spark plug and i took off the air filter for now jus trying to get it turned over

May have gotten water in the gas like I did . Drain the gas with a siphon pump and drain the carb bowl . Refill with good gas and see if it starts right up like mine did .

Take a hair dryer and dry all wires you can get to including coil and cdi.. You can take the fuel line off the carburetor and see if there is fuel getting through.
