Hi, and welcome to the forum..I would say thats good...I'm about 240 and 6/2 and on my 50 cc hurricane with a technigas pipe and an 80 jet..4 gram rollers i could get 41 flat no wind...so i'd say your there..you may want to read the plug..it sounds like a lot of jet..but all engines are different.....

:welcome2:
Sounds about right. 32 seems slow stock unless something was restricted, but current speed is pretty good. Like J#5 said, you might find some more speed out of it by fine tuning the carb and trans if you haven't already.

just a little update i installed the sliding weights that came with the variator and took out the rollers that came with the technigas pipe the sliders are a tad bit heavier so i achieved a solid 45 today with out sacrificing too much low end more than happy with the beamers performance, after all not too easy to hit 45 with a large guy riding thanks for the advice everyone

Its still tight and it will go faster after 1,000 miles or more depending on break in method . You should only use premium gas and 2T oil . I used Maxima and Bel Ray synthetic blend until 1,200 miles then switched to full synthetic . I am testing Motul 710 2T oil . A NGK iridium will fire the best and least likely to foul out from oil deposits . I hope you have a Gates Powerlink or other belt . I have an unlimited CDI but it made no diff since I have the stock exhaust on for now . Tried 4 gram rollers but were too light . Came with 6 gram but mixed them to equal 5 grams and it worked better for me .
What size is your carb ? I have a 19mm TK carb with 75 jet.
I have a 75cc BBK and saving up for a Leo Vinnce Hand made 70 and Dr Pulley variator and clutch along with a Mikuni oil pump . I can not wait to out run those on 150s not to mention cars from redlight to redlight . I push off with my feet in order to jack rabbit and get the hole shot . It isso much fun to out run cars ( even when they do not know we are racing LMAO ! ) and see how people go nuts when a moped is going faster then them and they go out of their way to pass me . I love too see the look on their face when I pass some going uphill as I can do 40 uphill with a running start , only registers 50 can bury it it . I broke the speedo cable the first night I rode it since I was on our " Redneck Autobahn " . I have huge 130/60/13 tires which do have some drag but the ride , handling and braking are worth some performance loss since it is much safer than those with 10 inch wheels .
Do you have a tach ? If so how many rpms can you hit ?

i have the iridium plug, i run premium gas in also the gentleman i bought it from said he runs amsoil 2 stroke full synthetic in his other sccots too(oil tank is still full for now)i didn't pay much attention to the cvt belt but i thinks its a powerlink, awesome scooter one of the quickest stock(when i first got it) scooters i've ridden, and i agree on the leaving cars behind on takeoff and especially when they see a rather large fellow on it and waiting for it to take off real slow
