I was browsing through a Polaris 50-90 (50-90cc minarelli 2T engines) service manual looking for a cylinder spec and came across some other info that may be interesting or useful. To begin with, here are some general specs. I notice they specify the projected tip plugs that a lot of us steer clear of. I don't plan to switch, but interesting. I see they run 2 degrees more advance on the 90s vs 50s. They list the stator output at 70W. Can't say any of my Chinese manuals give any output specs. On to some compression test service limits. I don' think I've seen an oil pump bleed procedure in my Chinese manuals... I dunno if they'd stock these anymore since the youth ATVs now suck... ooops, I mean they're now 4Ts. Here are part numbers for main jets though. I was looking at the manual here : www.scribd.com/doc/57760351/2003-Polaris-Scrambler-50-90-Sportsman-90-Predator-90-Service-Manual-1

Ive never seen that actual oil pump bleed procedure on paper either but i have bleed them. It is very important! One little air pocket and your new, or repaired engine is toast. I also have an old oil can filled with 2T oil. On the fresh builds i manually feed a little extra in the carb on the first start. If anything, its peace of mind for me.
