I just installed a 72cc BBK(Hoca 2T Power Pack) on my pgo big max. As well as new rollers, and exhaust. Its now running quite well only I have a few issues, the exhaust is super loud which could be just bad placement or a bag gasket or the exhaust is just super loud anyone else have this same exhaust that could weigh in. Another thing is one the low end maybe up to 20 kph its fairly slow then picks up right away after that. Do I just need a bigger slow jet or main jet, or is that how lighter rollers work(I think my stock were 8 gram and i went to 6 gram). Any help or opinions are appreciated.

You might want to spend some time tuning your clutch to improve the 0-20 times. Stiffer springs or lightening the clutch shoes should get your launch RPM up and you'll pull out of the low RPM sorta dead zone faster. Could be a carb tuning issue, but if you check the plug and pay attention to how it reacts and sounds on the stand and while driving at part throttle you should be able to tell if the carb is off.
I don't have the Hoca pipe, but I've seen others say it's loud. If you get down and listen near the header to cylinder connection you should be able to tell if it's leaking there. Stand on the CVT side, away from the exhaust outlet, and it'll be easier to tell. A leak is a really sharp sound that you don't get out of the muffler most of the time.

Many 2Ts run 4 or 5 gram weights . Did you put on the 21mm carb ?

Well the exhaust problem is fixed, the gasket broke and was leaking. That was replaced and the pipe put back on and the noise level is now acceptable. Still running a little rough in the low end range but ill try some work on my clutch in the next few days. I do have 2000 rpm springs but I never put them on becuase it was such a hassle and I was to eager to get out riding. I did not put on the 21mm carb as my intake manifold is a long bent snorkle pipe and did not have the same bolt pattern so they didn't match up. So I am running my stock carb which seems to be keeping up, there seems to be little to no bogging or anything but ill probably fiddle with the mixture knob a bit(still waiting for some new main jets). I'll do some spark plug checks when i get home from work tonight. Just to clarify white means lean and black means rich, im looking for a brownish colour for optiumum fuel mixture? Thanks for the advice!

well I know what im doing this weekend then. Clutch Work! I did get a new clutch in my kit but im not sure if it fits. I know the Hoca torque spring doesn't fit the little spring cup I have. But what would be more important to switch out the torque spring or the clutch springs? Im gonna see if i can do some frankenstein work to make the clutch and torque spring to fit but just incase i have to make a choice.

They do two totally different things. Clutch springs control engagement of the clutch. Stiffer springs mean you can free rev to a higher RPM before the clutch starts to grab so you can take off.
A stiffer contra spring will have similar effects to lighter roller weights. It will increase the RPM you accelerate and cruise at.
