So today was cloudy and i decided to add this little thing to my big toy. www.cafr.ebay.ca/itm/160807577645?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649The operation lasted for about 5 hrs and the patient is doing pretty well now. In fact its doing great!!!! Started on the first push of the START button. I CREATED A MONSTER!!!! The only main problem i encoutered was the valves. I ordered a kit for 64 mm valves and mine was a 69 mm. The problem was solve by swapping the valves from 1 head to the other. It uses to purrrr like a kitten, now it roars like a tiger. I havent really fiddle with the carb yet, but main jet is already a 90 so i ll go from there and see. I would like to thank all the members of this forum for posting their problems/solutions/how-to witch made this little miracle happen. I'm the type that can pick his nose without poking any of my eye balls out, but in no way am i a mechanic. All of the knowledge needed in order to accomplish this i took from here and ScootDawg.com Once again thx guys. just 1 little question: Do i really have to put in the oil pump that came with the kit or am i good with the stock one?

You don't "have" to do anything, but one can only assume you can't "hurt" anything by replacing a used oil pump with a new one, one possibly that flows a bit extra oil, at a higher pressure, than the used stock one.

I think you just made plans for the next rainny day. I'll take it apart again and add the oil pump.
Went for a short ride today to start the break in of my new beast, (about 100 km )
I just love having all that extra powerand how fun it is to use it on red lights when im in the right lane and all the cars pack up in the left to avoid being behind me and the go :wheelie: at the green light.
While riding guess what fell from the sky?
Stage 6 Racing vario with 6,5g rollers and medium contra Stage 6 Racing Bell (Nice chuch like sound when you hit on it) Stage 6 Racing clutch (white springs)
So if you go riding, watch out for falling CVT parts, they tend to fall on wallets and make big holes in them.
Next ride i hope a secondary sliding sheave assembly falls down. :spin:
