The crew at GRS is so customer service oriented, it was surprising. I wound up working for them!! They were the Scooter guys who discovered the rear wheel issue with Tao Tao T3 scoots... The dealer who I bought my Tao from STILL denies any issue, even after I ran across a brand NEW Tao they had just sold to a customer with the same wobbly rim... In the Western Michigan area, the place to go is Grand Rapids Scooters.
