Scooter has 200 miles. Racing CDI Aftermarket exhaust Put in a #80 main jet and #50 Pilot jet from scrappy dog scooters. I opened the sealed carb and drilled new holes. Scrappy dog sent me the wrong pilot jet, (Go figure), I ordered a #38. The scooters starts up and immediately pours white smoke out the exhaust. Idles for about 1 minute, I rev it up too. Scooter then shuts off and wont start. I replaced the carb with a brand new one today. Nothing. The most ive been getting is an occasional spit and spudder. Almost allways spudders if i use the kickstart, Weird . I checked for, Spark (Great) Fuel (Smell it) Ok, Visable, Solid stream when i pull on vacum line I even sprayed starter fluid right into the carb and no start? Possibly bent a valve? What could this be? im so confused

Should be in the 90s with unrestricted exhaust . You may have a " secret 63 " as my TaoTao was . White smoke is rings , so check the oil level and compression . Remove the hose on the top of the valve cover , start it up and see if it smokes . If it does you may have cracked piston like I did . The first was just a hair crack from just putting in 87 gas , what a POS was the 2nd day and bought new . I completely incinerated the piston 6 weeks later and was PO as having over 30 two wheelers I never had a piston crack . I took it back and told my dealer I did not want another POS piston made out of recycled pot metal and butter . I had someone suggest an Air Sal BBK here www.enviromoto.ecrater.com/p/9805082/airsal-50mm-aluminum-big-bore and used a 95 MJ . This is not made in China , piston and cylinder ceramic coated , with aluminum block instead of iron and made to reuse the stock head and cam . Wow it had more power along with 5 gram rollers instead of 8 grams . A head with larger valves will work better with unrestricted exhaust and require rejetting . Running it hard in the summer heat and the jetting lean it runs hotter and will fry the piston . Read this about the TaoTAos 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=4help&thread=3849&page=1#55014

If it's pouring out white smoke you're probably burning oil. You'll need to look inside the engine. At very least, start by looking at your spark plug and see if there's evidence of oil.

Theres oil on the sparkplug. Scrappy dog did send me the right jet. So basically i ran it lean and fryed the top end.
With that being said, Can i just buy a 100cc big bore, or will i need to replace the head too?

You may not have ran it lean and killed it. I would suggest pulling the top end off to have a look. It could all need to be replaced, and you could just need a set of rings. There's quite a price difference in the two.
