That is a clever idea. Can't say it's practical for me. By the time I dig the spare tire out of a car and then re-install it in the car I could have just put my feet on it to push it down or used a vice and been long done. I like the ingenuity though.

I suppose a guy could make one out of some 3/4" plywood and just weight it down with something like a few old cinder blocks.

Just had a thought...Im sure you guys have seen a can crusher right? Maybe one of those could be modified into a quick action clutch spring remover. Awwwh shit! I gave away another million+ idea lol.

Good idea, but I use the foot method QMJ's are a little stiffer than a mina or qmb, but after you've done a few times... a specialty tool just isn't necessary
First time I used a piece of plywood with a hole cut in the center with a holesaw but its easier to get the nut on holding the clutch 2gether with my feet
