My new 100cc big bore cam problem!

Ok so i bought the 100cc kit on ebay.

I have a stock 2012 tao tao 50, I just finished putting the cylnder on and when i go to put my stock cam in the new head, the lobes dont evn touch the riser things they just barely touch when you spin the cam. Can someone post a link to the cam i need or part to adapt my current cam to work? heres the kit i bought,

Or can i simply adjust the rockers somehow?
Basically im reading that this is the 65 mm vs 69mm issue

it should work. your rocker assembly should be for 64mm valves and that head is 64mm. can you post detailed pictures of the issue?
