This morning I started up my scooter to go to work, idle is great. Let it warm up for about 3 minutes, after leaving my driveway it started to bog with any throttle past 1/2 and at WOT it almost seems like it wants to stall but never does.
I installed new rollers on Saturday and rode it around, seemed fine then. This condition started after sitting for 3 days inside during the tropical storm.
I plan on checking the CVT for any problems, then the petcock and spark plug for rich/lean conditions.
Any other suggestions would be great.

Sometimes debris can get in the main jet and cause something similar, so I'd check there as well. If you have any debris in the bowl or jet, change the fuel filter after cleaning the carb.

I wouldn't think the carb would be dirty or clogged, it only has 500km on it.
Edit: When I got it the dealer said that they swapped out the stock carb for a non-sealed one.

Check the carb.
Other suspects: Spark plug cap is faulty/loosely attached Spark plug wire old/cracked Loose wire connector on the coil (Squeeze the connector a little with pliers to make it tighter if loose) Cracked carb diaphragm Water in the gas Bad auto enricher Bad CDI

How would I go about testing a CDI?

Only way most of us can test a CDI is to try another.

OK, I figured it out. Turns out that when I took off the snorkle for the air box intake, that little bit of extra air caused it to run lean enough to not run past half throttle. Who would have thought? Thanks for all your help guys.

When you remove the snorkel, it usually needs something like a 10% upjet to run right if it was in tune before. They're quite sensitive to airbox / filter changes.

Yeah i guess so. when i was cleaning out the carb i think the main jet said #78, does that sound right for a stock jet size?

It only takes ONE tank of contaminated gas, or sediment from the bottom of a gas can to clog things up, it can happen with the first tank

you probably wanna up jet that thing anyways. you have one of those secret 60s with a 50cc carb on it. heres my old vip. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=builds&action=display&thread=2098 you can see what happens eventually if you decide not to up jet! and i see you put new rollers in it, if you went lighter, watch your rpm 10k is to much for the valve springs to handle. other then that i thought is was a great little scooter
