Ok Guys, Again I apologige for my long winded posts. The Bike now starts instantly and idles with a "slight" miss,I am thinking I am actually one tooth off on the chain now but that is not what I am asking about, though it may be related. What is happening is when I give it any throttle it dies and has to be started for about 20-30 seconds with no throttle being applied at all or it will die. If I put it on the center stand with the drive wheel off of the ground,it runs like a race bike,SO load on the Engine give it gas,no power it dies but will idle forever (with the very slight miss). On the stand with no load on the wheel it runs perfectly throughout the whole RPM/Throttle range.
Question 1- Has anyone experienced this ,and if so what was the solution?
Question 2- By eye the mark is right on TDC or "T" on the Flywheel,Valves are set at 3 thousandths, the Miss is very slight,is this attributed to being off 1 tooth on the chain normally, because it pulls and runs go good off of the ground its are to believe its off that much and could that be causing the lack of power under load?
3-Does anyone think throwing a new carb at it will fix any of these problems on a 2012 Tao Tao ATM50-A1 1766 miles on it with 50mm BBK (O miles),Perf. CDI & Coil,Iridium,Clutch has Yellow 1.5K Springs, Variator has 7 Gram Sliders,Uni Filter,Stock Carb has 88main/35 Primary Jet? Thanks,Vegas
