ok so i have what i thought was a gy6 motor but its actually a linhai motor but i have a gy6 big bore kit on it and it looks exactly identical to the gy6 clones the number off the motor is LH152QM1 and im trying to figure out what size roller weights i need. and i was also wonderin if some of the parts were compatible between gy6 and linhai motors ormif just the same thing with a different name???

I'm not really well versed on the specifics of the 125s and 150s, but considering your big bore kit fits and runs well I would have to guess you simply have a GY6 made by Linhai. I have seen some weird variation of a GY6 fitted to 16" wheeled scooters. It has different cylinder stud spacing and uses a 250cc's transmission. I doubt this is the case here, because you should have never got a GY6 BBK to fit. Here's a thread with a friend's scoot I tried to help him with that turned out to have that weird powerplant if it interests you... 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=builds&action=display&thread=25&page=3A standard GY6 125-150cc should use 18x14 roller weights. If you are unsure you can measure them (lengthxdiameter).

yeah hey thanks now i think of it this motor might actually have a 250cc transmission becuase its in an off road buggy it puts up with more punishment than when its in a scoot but idk im still getting a feel for these motors so im not exactly sure.

If it's a 250cc transmission the parts will be way bigger than the 150cc stuff.
