2011 ruckus: installed a high flow air filter and did not re-jet the carb. now I am having trouble from stops, bogs when I give it full throttle sometimes shutting off. I assume that is my problem, I need t re-jet.
Any suggestions on what size jet? Motor is completely except for NGk spark plug wire. Stock exhaust also... Links to the jets would be greatly appreciated.

Update: carb was not tight against manifold, thus pulling in air after the carb and causing it to bog down. I'm still having a little bogging issue, it's just nit as bad as before.
Vert your talking about the pin and clip inside the carb correct?

What number Jet would you recommend with stock motor and stock exhaust, just a high flow air filter.

Yeah, there's a needle that goes through the slide/throttle valve inside of the carb. It should have a few notches on it and a clip that can be moved into different notches. Moving the clip higher will lean the mixture at part throttle and moving it lower will richen the mixture at part throttle.
You should also have a mixture adjustment screw on the carb that will richen or lean the mixture at idle and low throttle positions.
Pilot Jet & Mix Screw = Idle To 1/4 Throttle Needle Position & Needle Profile = 1/4 To 3/4 Throttle Main Jet = 3/4 to Full Throttle
There's more to it, but those are the most common things to work with.
I've never really messed with a Ruckus, but 5-15% larger than whatever the stock main jet is would be my guess. JetsRUs says the main jet is typically a 75, so I'd think you'll probably end up around 80-85 main. Don't take anyone's advice as fact though. You should always tune the carb, not just swap in parts and assume it's right.
