I am thinking of using a piston stopper as I have no impact wrench and can't use other methods for variator nut.
Do you have anything to say against them? If not, where can I find one for 1E40QMB I can't seem to find it on the internet.

If you honestly can't afford $30 for an impact, you can rotate the engine till the piston is at the bottom of it's stroke and then feed some rope into the spark plug hole. The rope will act like a stop when you loosen the nut. I've never tried it because I have an impact myself but I've seen it posted as a viable alternative several times on several forums over the years. On a two stroke I would be worried about damaging the wrist bearing. I think you should just bite the bullet and get an impact. The link below shows one like mine. It runs off the scooter's battery so no need for a compressor and you don't have to charge it. I picked mine up at a Kragen/Oreilly auto parts store for $30 years ago and it still works. Harbor Freight carries them and they sell 'em online. www.harborfreight.com/12-volt-1-2-half-inch-emergency-impact-wrench-92349.html This shows one removing a variator nut:

I would (and have) invested the massive amount of $40 in an electric impact gun which I got on sale @ harbor freight.
If I did not have any money, and wasn't concerned I would do damage to the caged roller bearings on my connecting rod, or crack my cast piston, I would stuff a piece of rope in the spark plug hole... and not a big piece either, about 3 inches of 1/2 rope should do the job.
I have also been known to keep an eye out for a deal on one of those strap wrenches... last "deal" was $3.50. They work well for clutch diss-assembly and could hold a variator in a pinch.
Where a bit of rope has some "give" in it, a metal stopper does not, I would not use a metal stopper.

i use rope the size of lawn mower pull cord i feed it down the plug hole and then turn the engine till it binds on the rope
