When I take off on my Taotao VIP 49.9cc it squeaks when I am on it. I only happens when going really slow or taking off from a stopped position. It sounds like it is coming from the engine and doesn't do it unless my added weight is on the bike.
What could it be?

:welcome:
Could be the clutch slipping a bit. Sometimes they'll make a sort of squeak or squeal. Take it apart and inspect it and if there's a lot of glazing on the bell or clutch shoes, start by cleaning them.

 Thanks. That is exactly what it sounds like it is. The bike is brand new and I cannot believe that that is the issue already... Is the clutch in the flywheel? How do you get to it?
