Here's my take.
Looks like it quit getting 2t oil so the crank bearings are toast. Somebody on this forum may have a used motor to sell you or you might buy a new 90cc from Scrappy Dog, etc. for that fun torque experience. If you do decide to split the cases stock displacement repair parts would probably run around $100 or so. Head should still be good. Suggest you go to premixing gas/oil and remove the oil pump system. Old oil tanks make neat reserve fuel tanks.

What more can be said:
Sick motor, either tear it down and rebuild it, or buy a fresh one. You are likely going to thrash it a bit, so giving the bottom end an oil soak is just delaying the inevitable.

How often do you see a round exhaust port and a flat squish head on 49cc?

So what is it you are trying to accomplish? just get it running or what? my .02, I would buy a cheap bore kit, slap that on. clean your intake and carb out, rebuild the cvt to what you want and run it

Looks to me the oil pump has allready been removed. Where's the oil pump? I wanted to get it running. What other motors will fit in here?

Oil pump is still there. It's the plate style instead of cable style. It's just behind the stator. In your second pic it would be right of the stator/flywheel and left of the piston, base opening.
I'd try what others have suggested and see if it frees up once you squirt some oil in to the bearings. If it won't spin freely, split it and replace the crank and bearings or get a new motor.
This is the only engine I know of that will bolt right in and work with your electrical. There's a 90cc on ebay for about $400 shipped. I'm not even sure where to buy longcase 50-90s otherwise anymore, unless you find one used.

I started to suggest replacing the crank but then (not thinking of the big end bearing) thought he may be able to just replace the main bearings. So estimate more in the $150 range for repair with generic eBay parts.
