My wife has a icebear ace/frontier depending where you buy it it is the 50cc model.
My question is does anyone know if you can raise the handlebars up
im not talking gorilla bars just 3-4 inches to make it more comfortable
for her. She loves the scooter except she wants the bars raised or
she is thinking of selling it if i can not figure out a way to do this
please help.

You could switch to a motocross style bar and find the bend she likes. Also there's plenty of handlebar stems that come in all different lengths and colors.

about the only other way would be to modify the riser for the bars remove it find some tube the exact same od and weld it on then you will proably have to add on to the wires and the throttle and brake cable i doubt there is enough slack for a 3 in change

Stock bars are non adjustable... Unless you weld and do some fabrication and modification. A stem and bars aren't too much $$$. I'd hate to see a good scoot sold.

the stem will help some but you will have to find the bars that finish it up the way you want best bet is going to a shop that has some bars there and compare them to the oem bars

the handlebars have shaft that slides over the shaft from the fork and a bolt goes through the middle
