My MotoFino 70cc has been making some terrible noises, figured the belt was about to go, sure enough the belt went and I replaced it but the scooter was still making a terrible racket. I thought it was the timing chain guides but its turns out I tore off the skirt on my piston. I need to replace it and decided to go bigger. Does anyone know whats a good step up in bore kits? I'm thinking 90cc but im not sure if it will fit. What do you guys think?

I'd go with a 50mm kit if you want to step up. That would get you just over 80cc. It doesn't seem to be such an issue now, but there used to be real problems with crank failures once you went over the 70ishcc stuff. Just to stay safe, I'd keep it to 50mm. Others may disagree, I just didn't enjoy blowing up at 2000 miles with a 50mm kit a couple of years ago. You'll want to get a kit that has a head with it, or purchase a head separately for a 50mm bore. Some of the big valve heads coupled with a new cam will prob give you as much gain as the 70 to 80cc difference or more.
