Hi everyone,
I am needing some specific parts at the moment for my engine. I want a Yasuni C16 Carrera exhaust, stage 6 reed intake manifold (side mount) and a 25mm Dellorto PHBL carb. Does anyone know a site where I can get all these parts. Ive had a look at all the normal ones and they dont really seem to have what I want.
Also for all out power I know liquid cooled is the way to go for BBK engines. It doesnt need to be road legal so I can do anything to this motor. Are there any good conversion kits out there? I would love to do a 100cc jog motor with a 45mm stroke and a liquid cooled kit. How could I do this?
Lots of questions lol

If you're looking for one site that carries it all, not sure. SIP-Scootershop.com has 25mm PHBL kits, the C16, but not the intake. I bought my 24mm PHBL from them, and used this Polini intake with it.... www.sip-scootershop.com/en/products/intake+manifold+polini+for_p2150401Don't know of an LC conversion kit. You'd have to pick up the parts individually. This thread may be of use regarding what's involved... 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=builds&action=display&thread=5229&page=1PFS sells a Hoca 53mm LC kit and Autotech355 on eBay sells a Motoritec 53mm LC kit. I believe they are both the same, just re-branded. Otherwise, the LC stuff would be 85-95cc race kits (should use their crank and cylinder and must have a good pipe to match). They are expensive to say the least.

Thanks for those sites the stuff on the SIP site is awesome! Everything is there that I needed! Thanks for the stuff on the LC setup looks great. Will definitely consider it! Its for my go cart so I have plenty of places to mount the radiator. The problem is that my Chinese pwk carb started leaking all over the floor. Fuel was pouring out of it and down into the engine and onto the floor as well. Checked the float valve and it looked ok. Adjusted it slightly and still no avail. It is only a gravity feed system at the moment. It had a fuel pump but I took it out of the equation because it was pumping even more fuel in. I think the intake is a bit average as well and I thought well hey if I get a decent carb better get some decent intake stuff too. Added some photos of it for you guys. This is also a bit far fetched but does anyone think it would work if you wrapped copper pipe around an aircooled cylinder, cylinder head and ran a water pump, would this provide enough cooling and act as a water cooled cylinder? OF course running the radiator and everything

Just wrapping pipe around, I wouldn't imagine would work. Maybe if you took a large pipe and sealed it around the whole cylinder. Not even sure that would work. That would be so much work to ever get operational that just buying an LC cylinder kit would save you lots of time and money.

Haha yea was just a thought was all. I will look into that liquid cooling. See if it is possible to get power up to 25hp with it on a 75cc

I know that's possible with the 85-95cc race kits, not sure about the 70cc stuff.
