That thing is a beast! I'm not sure how big is too big, but to run that on even a BBK, you'd have to turn it crazy amounts of lean and even still it would probably be too rich

Most folks use 19mm-21mm on the average 70cc kit.

It probably wouldn't be worth messing with. Such a big carb on a mild cyl. is hard to set up. Usually you find that after you get it jetted about right it runs good up to around 1/2 throttle and twisting the throttle open further gains you no more speed. You need a set up for 13,000-14,000 rpm to make use of a carb bore this big.... and that is a lot of work and expense and short life between rebuilds and terrible gas mileage.... like sub econobox.
