I think the smilies are about done now. I made a new version of the welcome to 49ccscoot smiley as well. I'll prob add 3 more small ones to fill the remaining spots. I had to leave out the this thread is useless w/o pics because it stretched the columns out way too much.

I decided to spend the $2.99 for the Proboards android App. The App is is much better than trying to use a browser on the smartphone. I may actually use the smartphone to check the board now.

That's better. The whole thing isn't too much different.  and that is very classy  So do you have to buy the app for each device? Ipod, and tablet? I just noticed something else missing, our "member location" by the avatar. That was kinda nice to see where everyone was from.  |

I'm still trying to figure out if this is an "improvement"....... Reveeen got flushed, you can now call me rupert, as in Rupert Penjab, the very first fellow I encountered from Pakistan 46 years ago. "Rupert" being a derogatory name for a male of Indian desent, and "Penjab" identifying just where this Indian came from (and very likely his religion).

My password got flushed with the "upgrade" and I no longer have access to the E-Mail account that Reveeen was created with...... I'm neither panicky, or picky, I'm ok with it.

With the last version, I could have modified your profile to change the email so you could reset the password. I just looked and now admins have much more limited function. I can ban someone or warn them or whatever just as easy, but it's harder to help anyone with an issue with their account or settings.

I got a PM from Brent a while ago and when I went to delete it it made me type "delete" in a pop-up box.  |

When I delete a PM I just get a popup that asks if I'm sure I wanna delete it and I click Yes. That's all that happens for me.

I've already figured out that its better for me to log in thru the proboards app on my phone. It shows up and reacts the same as it did on the old platform.
